RATES and PAYMENT

Rental Rates
Advance booking periods are for a minimum of one week. There are no fixed changeover
days so it is not necessary to book for an integral number of weeks.
There is a 10% discount for the period excess of 2 weeks and a further 10% for
the period in excess of 3 weeks.
The
rates below do not include the costs of telephone, electricity, and central
heating fuel which are charged at cost and deducted from the deposit when you
leave. There are no other charges except losses, damages, breakages and exceptional
cleaning/laundry. Linen and towels are provided.

Deposit and Payment Arrangements
A
payment for £500 is required at the time of booking to
be refunded on departure from the cottage. This payment acts as a confirmation
deposit until you arrive. It is then held as a damages/services deposit
during your stay and will be refunded to you on departure
(less damages if any and telephone/electricity/fuel costs).
The
full amount covering accommodation cost is required to be paid on arrival
preferably either as a £ cheque drawn on a UK Bank or in £ cash.
Unfortunately we are not able to take US$ cheques or eurocheques.
We do not have facilities to take credit or debit cards but you can arrange
electronic payment direct to our bank account or through PayPal but you will
be required to pay all costs for the fund transfer.
