If you are planning a cottage holiday in England, Pennycoft Cottage is in the heart of rural Berkshire. Pennycroft is in the hills above the Thames between Streatley and Pangbourne made famous by Kenneth Grahame in 'The Wind in the Willows'. Yet it is only just over an hour's drive from London (about 70km) and less than an hour from Oxford (about 35km).
